It is Christmas morning and I am arranging the Christmas buffet which is showing signs of our scrimping this year. Looking at the meager amount of food I realize that there really isn't going to be enough for everyone to eat and I wonder if I will be able to resist the urge to eat and hopefully have enough for others. Janice comes in and I show her my gifts which I have already unwrapped. She's especially excited by a collection of pens I have in which there is one special marker that adds glow and glitter to anything you use it one. She takes that pen and goes to use it. I begin rearranging the buffet, moving a bouquet of red roses from one side of the table to the other, in hopes of making it look better when Larry and my mother pull up in a large tan and brown station wagon. I realize I am still in my pajamas and go to put on something more appropriate for company when I notice I also have a bloody nose. I grab a tissue to blot it but I am bleeding so profusely that in a few moments my face and throat are covered in thick red blood.
