There has been a flood, a devastating one.  In the midst of the flood I manage to protect some people’s characters for a game. I know that I will need to use my webcam to scan the figures to know how to contact the owner/creator but that doesn’t seem like a very big problem and I imagine that many people will be hugely grateful to have their things back.

But first I must get home and I am traveling with someone I know, walking through the wilderness.  She goes one way down a steep decline into a shallow valley.  I try to go down a different way, one I think will be better for me because I’ll use rocks instead of trusting the soil and underbrush.  However, I get myself stuck near the top and my companion has to return to my side and try to help me.  I try to get free and realize that the only way to do so is to tip over the narrow pile of rocks upon which I’m stuck.  I do so without telling my friend, risking her life as well as my own.  But we both survive and I begin seeking a way to travel down the side once again and reach the bottom so we can continue with our journey.
