I am at a large party, a cookout or barbecue.  There are families with children and everyone is having a good time.  A little girl, the daughter of someone I know, insists on taking off all her clothes and I keep trying to have her put the clothes back on but she won’t listen to me.  I seek out her mother when I notice that the little girl’s underwear are torn (or the elastic is falling out or something) and say something.  The mother dismisses it, saying her little girl prefers to be naked.  I point out that none of us really knows everyone at the party and it’s irresponsible to leave her daughter unattended and undressed in a house full of strangers.  The urgency in my eyes is enough to convince her that I’m serious and to see for herself the potential troubles her casual attitude might have.
