The dogs are outside playing when I hear the mew of a kitten. I realize that the two of them are playing with some newborn kittens, tossing and catching them. I run out to where Snowdoll is and she has dropped her kitten that is now dead at my feet. I rush over, realizing that she has gone to get another kitten from the litter. I try desperately to get both her and Romanov to drop the kittens and come back inside.
